NHBC Home Warranty and Insurance Cover

GTB Homes offers NHBC warranty to all of its new build properties including the building regulation service. NHBC is currently the leading home warranty and insurance provider for UK house-building, NHBC’s Buildmark covers around 80% of new homes built in the UK and currently protects over 1.6 million homes. Mortgage lenders will only lend on properties that have appropriate cover. NHBC Buildmark is recognised, trusted and approved by all lenders.
